Driven Operations Manager with a strong background in construction management, specializing in project execution, team leadership, and operational efficiency. He leads Site Control and Delivery and founded the Squad team. Known for his out-of-the-box thinking and perfectionism, he’s fondly called a “Strict Officer”—a title he lives up to. Over the years, his leadership has been truly commendable.
With hands-on experience in project execution, Sai Harshith demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills on site, ensuring that construction activities are carried out with precision, safety, and efficiency. He brings great energy to the workplace with his sense of humor and impressive meme knowledge. His ability to balance professionalism with a fun-loving attitude makes him a wonderful team member.
